1. Acceptance of Discord Terms

Clark operates strictly within the ecosystem of Discord Inc. All users must adhere to the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines in addition to our own. Any violation of Discord's rules may result in a permanent ban from our services.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use this bot. Users under this age are strictly prohibited from interacting with the bot's services per Discord requirements.

3. Prohibited Use and Conduct

To maintain infrastructure integrity, the following actions are prohibited:

• Automated Abuse: Attempting to "spam" commands or perform actions intended to lag the bot.
• Malicious Interaction: Using moderation or AI tools to generate or distribute illegal or harmful content.
• Exploitation: Abusing bugs for personal gain. Please report bugs via our support server.
• Redistribution: Attempting to sell features of Clark or claiming the branding as your own.

4. Service Availability and "As-Is" Clause

Clark is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime, nor the permanent storage of logs, XP, or settings. AI-generated responses are powered by third-party APIs and accuracy is not guaranteed.

5. Limitation of Liability

Clark Labs is not liable for damages, including loss of server data or "raids" resulting from misconfigured bot permissions, or disciplinary actions taken by Discord against your account.

6. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to blacklist any user or terminate service to any guild at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if these terms are violated.
